Veronica is an Ace Certified Health and Wellness Coach who will guide through a process to activate your powerful internal strengths, leverage external resources and create a plan to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes.
What you can Expect?
Session 1 - 45 mins
In our first session, we will explore what your vision of health and wellness looks like as well as your unique strengths and supports that you can access to achieve your vision. At the end of this session, you will come away with a vision statement as well as a weekly goal to help integrate a new behavior into your lifestyle.
Sessions 2-5 - 30 mins
Sessions two through five will serve as check-ins on how well the previous week’s goal is working for you in supporting your long-term health vision. At the end of each session, you will come away with either a new weekly goal or a build on the previous week’s goal.
Session 6 - 45 mins
In our last session, we will reflect on your health and wellness journey over the past six weeks and identify what you would need to maintain your new behavior changes independent of coaching. At the end of the six weeks, you will come away with a summary of your health and wellness milestones, thus far, a listing of your unique strengths and supports as well as ideas of how to continue on your path to your health and wellness vision, regardless of what comes your way.
